9. Corey Stoll - MODOK
Topping the list of great actors who've been summarily wasted by the MCU is House of Cards' terrific Corey Stoll, who played the rather forgettable villain Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket in the original Ant-Man.
But last summer Vanity Fair's Joanna Robinson revealed that Stoll would be appearing in the upcoming third Ant-Man movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, in "some shape," but didn't offer specifics beyond that.
Yet late last year, prominent leaker Daniel RPK confirmed that Stoll would be playing the MCU's version of MODOK, the mutated supervillain with a massive head and tiny legs who rides around in a hoverchair.
This was backed up by fellow leakers The GWW and MyTimeToShineH, and so it's fairly safe to assume that Stoll is either playing a variant of Yellowjacket, or Darren Cross' shrinking "death" at the end of Ant-Man led to the creation of MODOK, disproportionate limbs and all.
Stoll is clearly a fantastic choice to play the iconic Marvel villain, so there's no doubt he'll knock it out of the park either way.
