10 Upcoming MCU Castings We Already Know
8. Bryce Dallas Howard - Sue Storm
After the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, fans began to speculate on whether or not John Krasinski would return to play an alternate Reed Richards in the planned Fantastic Four movie, and also, who would play his wife Sue Storm (aka The Invisible Woman)?
Though the Internet has been campaigning for Krasinski's real-life spouse Emily Blunt to play the part for years, a recent report indicates that Marvel Studios has already locked down Bryce Dallas Howard to play Sue Storm and possibly also direct the film (following Spider-Man director Jon Watts' recent departure from the project).
Given Howard's strong working relationship with Disney, having directed two episodes of The Mandalorian and one of The Book of Boba Fett, it's incredibly easy to believe she's come aboard as star-director.
Howard recently gave a not-terribly-convincing denial that she was involved with the film, and as Andrew Garfield proved beyond any doubt with his Oscar-worthy denial of appearing in Spider-Man: No Way Home last year, never ever trust an actor when they say they're not in an MCU movie.
