10 Upcoming Movie Roles That Are Horrendously Miscast

1. Josh Brolin - As Clive Owen's Replacement (Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For)

Sin City A Dame To Kill For Josh Brolin Clive Owen gave a fantastic performance as Dwight in Robert Rodriguez's stylistically brilliant Sin City, and for those who have read A Dame to Kill For, they'll know that parts of this sequel take place before the first movie, such as those involving Dwight. Remember the mention that Dwight has a new face in the first movie? Well, you'll find out in the second movie why, and believe me, it ain't pleasant. As such, re-casting the character itself totally makes sense, but what doesn't is that this is going to seem extremely inconsistent with Owen's portrayal, given that Owen made very little effort to conceal his British accent. One doubts that Brolin will be voicing anything other than an American Dwight, so short of Owen coming in to dub the role over, it's going to seem silly watching these two films back to back and seeing not just a voice change, but a total accent change. Ridiculous, no? Or am I being picky? What do you make of these 10 casting choices? Let us know in the comments below.
