2. Megan Fox - As April O'Neil (Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles)
April O'Neil is generally played by a hot female. Megan Fox is a hot female, but she's just not that great an actress, hence the considerable online uproar from TMNT fans over this peculiar spot of casting, which shouldn't be all that shocking given that the film is being produced by Michael Bay and his Platinum Dunes label. Opinions of the movie are already pretty low given that the original script was an absolute shambles, virtual unknowns have been cast as the Turtles, and in fact, the only spot of casting that seems right is William Fichtner as The Shredder. Fox's casting is another in a long line of bad creative choices behind this movie, and given that Fox has generally coasted throughout her career on how she looks, is it really wise to cast her as a fanboy character that will anger lots of people if its portrayal isn't in the spirit of what came before?
