5. Rhea Seehorn Is The Secret Villain - Bad Boys: Ride Or Die
The first trailer for Bad Boys: Ride or Die confirmed the thrust of the plot to revolve around the late Captain Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano) being accused of colluding with drug cartels, forcing Mike (Will Smith) and Marcus (Martin Lawrence) to fight to clear his name.
It's clear as day that Howard has been posthumously framed of course, suggesting that there's a secret villain responsible for this duplicity.
And the incredibly solid bet for who this might be? The currently unnamed US Marshall played by Better Call Saul's Rhea Seehorn.
Seehorn wasn't featured in the first trailer at all, though will apparently play a US Marshall who spends the movie chasing down Mike and Marcus for their off-the-books crusade to restore Howard's legacy.
While Seehorn's character will almost certainly be depicted as a rule-loving hard-ass cop, the big twist will (probably) be that she set Howard up all along and is the real one in bed with the cartels. Bank on it.
