8. The Purge: Anarchy

Release Date: July 18 (USA) July 25 (UK) Last year's The Purge had an interesting premise. Every year for 12 hours, the United States undergoes a period in which basically anything goes, including murder and theft. Unfortunately, the film didn't quite live up to its original idea, and the film's low budget was sorely apparent. The Purge: Anarchy is coming next month though, resembling more of a remake than a sequel to the original film.
