10 Upcoming Movies You Should Stop Reading Spoilers For Right Now

1. Star Wars Episode VII

J.J. Abrams is renowned for his secrecy. Lost had everyone pouring over every little snippet, from extras in flashbacks to special effects goofs, to unravel its tightly-woven mysteries, while Cloverfield, which he produced, successfully kept the monster hidden from view until the film was released. So when he was announced as the director for Star Wars Episode 7 everyone expected more of the same. Maybe that's why everyone's so happy to read up leaked plot summaries, character speculation and pour over any image that gets released; even if this isn't intended at the very least J.J. has something more up his sleeve. The thing is, he probably doesn't. The big shockers of his two Star Treks - Spock Prime and Khan - were clearly signposted by trailers, while Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy have stated they're not going to be in secrecy lockdown as the film nears release. So looking at spoilers is really as misguided as throwing Jar Jar in as comic relief. The excitement of the film even existing is still high and with over a year to release it's hard to resist learning anything you can about it. But we all know how an overhyped Star Wars movie can go and if we continue down this dark path, forever will it dominate Episode VII's destiny. Which upcoming movies do you want to stay spoiler-free from? Let us know in the comments below (although try to avoid any of those spoilers).
