10 Upcoming Movies That Could Bomb At The Box Office

It's hard to imagine such a famed Disney property bombing at the box office, but this film is already riddled with doubts and controversy surrounding its production.

While most of Disney's live action adaptations of its classic musicals have been hit with the criticisms that they don't offer anything new to the property, this one seems to have the opposite problem working against it - one that might actually affect its box office prospects.

There has been a huge amount of confusion surrounding the musical presence in the film, as the initial report was that songs were not on the slate to appear in the movie at all. The comment was later clarified slightly, but there's still no clear answer as to whether this will be a musical in the way fans would want to see or not. The current belief is that there will be "some" songs present, though no confirmation.

Along with the removal of popular character Li Shang and the addition of a white character in place of Shan Yu, as well as a completely unknown cast, there may just be too many things working against this film to earn back what is expected to be Disney's largest ever production budget of over $300 million.

Chances are I’m watching a movie or replaying Mass Effect rather than doing anything productive.
