8. Fury - Brad Pitt, Steven Price

Release Date: November 14, 2014 Brad Pitt picked up what was actually his first ever Oscar at Sunday's Academy Awards ceremony, though his achievement was not granted for his acting, but for his role as a producer. Still, that still makes him an Oscar-winner, and is therefore able to quality on his list and his next film - written and directed by Training Day's David Ayer - looks like it might just be the downright coolest movie ever convinced by the human mind. And that really, really isn't an overstatement. In Fury, Pitt plays a grizzled WW2 sergeant called "Wardaddy," who leads his trusty Sherman tank - nicknamed "Fury" - as the Allies make their final push into the European Theatre. Yes, it's a movie about a badass Brad Pitt in a tank, and his crew consist of the likes of Logan Lerman, Michael Pena and Shia LaBeouf. Our gang face off against an endless horde of Nazis, of course... we're hoping and praying this movie lives up to its truly awesome premise.
