10. Saw 8 (2016)

Remember Saw? Remember when the first one came out, and you thought it was quite good, but not quite as good as everybody else did. Remember how, all of a sudden, there were 7 Saw movies? And then, like a gift from God, Saw sort of went away. Enough blood had been spilt, apparently, and Hollywood decided that they weren't going to make anymore movies. Until now, that is. Because Saw 8 is apparently on its way. Saw 7, also known as Saw 3D, was marketed in some countries as Saw: The Last Chapter. We don't know about you, but there isn't much room for reading behind the lines with a subtitle as definitive as "The Last Chapter. The indication is clear: it was to be the last film. But that was back in 2010, and now it's 2014, and James Wan and Leigh Whannell are reportedly in talks to bring us the next, totally unnecessary chapter.
