2. Metal Gear Solid Andy & Lana Wachowski
Video Game: The franchise of Metal Gear is probably the most story-heavy video game on this list, and to be honest, MGS is probably the most difficult to adapt if there ever were to be a film about Solid Snake as he constantly saves the world from terrorists and the hijacking of bipedal nuclear tanks known as Metal Gear. Full of colorful characters that blend the line between reality and fantasy, the very unique realm of Metal Gear is something that would look great on screen if done right. Full of political espionage, thrills, and tension, Solid Snake would be welcomed to sneak onto the big screen whenever he wants.
Director: Finding a director for Metal Gear Solid was the most difficult choice for this list, as no one really seems to be the perfect choice due to Metal Gear's vast complexity of story and environments. Exactly how would one tackle such an enormous endeavor? Well, when taking into consideration their history of not-so simple scripts, mixed with the gritty yet real special effects seen in The Matrix, the Wachowski siblings just may be the best bet. As long as the plot is focused, while maintaining the in-depth and leveled story fueled by near sci-fi, anime and action/thriller antics, this compound of entities may be able to pull it off.
