10 Villains Better For Ben Affleck’s Solo Batman Movie

7. Clayface

Batman Deathstroke Harley Joker Freeze
DC Comics

Another one reliant on effects work, but again if they can pull it off then Clayface could be a superb foe for the solo Batman outing.

The character has never been adapted for a live-action film before, so there's a chance here to do something really unique, both in terms of a villain relatively new to audiences and in terms of the challenge he'd pose to Batman.

His size and power mean he's a considerable enemy for Bats to try and fight as it is, but he becomes truly special by the way he can shape-shift and mimic others, so he could take on the identity of other Batman villains, or the mental challenge of someone close to Batman. Clayface provides a great dual test that means he'd be capable of really testing Affleck's Batman, and be visually interesting and different at the same time.
