10. Doctor Faustus
Doctor Faustus is a Captain America villain who worked with Red Skull after the events of Civil War in the comic books and brainwashed Sharon Carter in to killing Captain America. He isn't someone who is notably connected to Doctor Strange, so that aspect of the character could rule him out - assuming the rumours about Daniel Brühl's character going on to be a Doctor Strange villain are true - but he labels himself as the "Master of mens minds" and, considering his expertise in hypnotism and psychiatry, he could actually be a great villain to go up against the novice Sorcerer Supreme in waiting. Daniel Brühl is a lot younger than the character appears in the comics, but that doesn't necessarily pose a problem. Faustus' could end up being a key figure in the death of Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and in the potential return of Red Skull. Plus, in the event that he goes on to be a Doctor Strange villain, it could be alongside one people more strongly associate with the magical hero.
