10 Villains The New Justice League Need To Fight

2. Vandal Savage

Radiation from a crashed meteor gave this villain immortality (perhaps this could have been a remnant of Krypton?) as well as enhanced strength, speed and stamina. In the comics he is shown to have lived over five thousand years (although this probably would be dropped in a film). Although he is immortal in terms of age and internal disease, he can be wounded through exterior wounds. He would then heal at a quicker rate than normal humans would. This means that Savage has the ability to threaten the Justice League, but also the fallibility to be defeated, making him a rather fun villain to include. Unlike Ra€™as Al Ghul, who shares the immortality in some sense through the Lazarus Pits, Vandal Savage is unfamiliar to most audiences, giving the studios the ability to have free reign over the character. Undeniably the Justice League would have to work hard to prevent Vandal Savage€™s sinister plans, and he would certainly translate into a worthy on screen adversary to Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Batman and company.
