If the name sounds familiar to you it is probably because he was featured in the Ryan Reynolds' Green Lantern flop of a film, and in the post-credit scene he was shown to embrace Parallaxs evil ideals. DC would certainly want you to forget about that CGI heavy film, but as a villain Sinestro is a very interesting character. The Green Lantern reboot is not set for release until 2020, but it is likely that the Green Lantern character would be easily introduced in the Justice League; audiences are already familiar with the origins, so very little needs to be told in the film. Cyborg is set for release in the same year, but Ray Fisher will be probably be popping up in Dawn of Justice and will certainly be starring in Justice League. The character possesses a yellow version of Green Lanterns ring, enabling him to fly and construct any shape he wishes to. This level of power would let him fight against the Justice League, and his history within the Green Lantern Corps means that he would have the intelligence to tackle the Justice League; Bizzaro and Amazo possess immense power, but in terms of intellect and skill Sinestro is definitely ahead of these two villains.
