Its nearly common knowledge now that Batman, being the ever vigilant hero that he is, keeps records of the weakness of his fellow heroes, just in case he should ever need to stop them. Again, the mayhem and destruction of Man of Steel would mean that this would make sense in the DC Cinematic Universe. You are probably asking how this relates to the character played by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins arent you? In the 2000 Justice League: Tower of Babel storyline Raas Al Ghul gains access to these files and systematically destroys the Justice Leagues characters, leaving almost no opposition to his criminal plans. Raas Al Ghuls plans were pretty laughable, including destroying mankinds ability to communicate through writing, but the crux of the storyline would mean that the villain could easily translate well into a Justice League film. There would be the added bonus that audiences are aware of Raas Al Ghul already through the Dark Knight Trilogy and his upcoming appearance in Season Three of Arrow, so he wouldnt be as obscure as someone like Amazo.
