Just as the abandoned Batman Unchained apparently partly inspired Batman Begins, Christopher Nolan seemingly watched Batman & Robin when it came to putting together the story for The Dark Rises.

In both cases, the films kick off with a frozen Batman logo, Alfred sits out the main events of the plot while offering an emotional heart to the narrative, and Bane not only works for another female villain, but he also literally fights Batman on a catwalk. It surely can't be accidental...
