Peter Parker isn't the only individual to have swung around being a hero using the Spider-Man mantle - so why don't Marvel Studios negotiate a deal to use one of the others? Miles Morales, for example, took over the role of Spider-Man in the Ultimate universe when Peter Parker died. He had, conveniently, also received a bite from a radioactive spider and therefore was a ready-made replacement, but he could simply be the original Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe if using Peter Parker is a no-go. Morales would make for a refreshing take on the character and the fact that he's both black and a child would bring yet more diversity to the Marvel Cinematic Universe - something that was widely praised when Black Panther and Captain Marvel's movies were announced.
