Easily the most interesting character in Jurassic World was Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong), the only returning character from any previous movie in the franchise. He is, of course, InGen's chief genetic engineer, and is responsible for both the original Jurassic Park and the creation of new dinosaurs for Jurassic World, namely the Indominus Rex. What makes Wu so fascinating is his moral ambiguity: he's clearly an incredible genius, but in Jurassic World his motives appear rather questionable as he speaks to the park's CEO Simon Masrani. Nevertheless, because he's a character too iconic and cool to kill off, Wu actually escapes Isla Nublar (again) in a helicopter near the end of the movie, damn-near ensuring that he'll be back for the next one, even if only in cameo form. If he for some reason doesn't appear at all, it'd be a huge shame. But given the cargo he's carrying, it seems like a sure certainty...
