10 Ways Jurassic World Sets Up A Sequel

6. It Won't Be Set On Isla Nublar Or Isla Sorna

It would be almost hilariously short-sighted of the creative minds behind the new movie to set it on either Isla Nublar or Isla Sorna, given that of the four movies in the franchise so far, two a-piece have been set on each island, and as much as audiences largely seemed to enjoy revisiting the original site, they're probably going to feel a bit fed up of it if Jurassic Park 5 just revisits it yet again. Regardless of where it ultimately ends up (something to be elaborated on in a moment), it would be immensely lazy to just return to one of the previously established sites, and hopefully the filmmakers won't be dumb enough to build a "Site C", given how laughable the sudden appearance of Isla Sorna was in The Lost World. The islands have been done to death, and if the franchise wants to keep growing, it needs to find a new home. Given the potential world settings, there are almost too many options.
