4. Put Thor Into Berserker Mode

Thor is clearly a very formidable warrior in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and he has hundreds of years of successful battles behind him. However, he is yet to show the kind of ruthless streak that renders him as feared around the universe as he is in the comics - and that could be rectified with a single statement from the Asgardian hero. In the comic books, Thor is capable of invoking a mode called Berserker Rage, in which he focuses all of his energy on the battle at hand and becomes ten times stronger than he usually is. This obviously results in him being able to combat and defeat more powerful foes than he would otherwise be able to go up against. In the event of Thor fighting the likes of Surtur or Thanos in the future, if he was to go in to this mode and give such beings of massive power a hard time, he would become even more epic than he already is shown as being.
