10 Ways Marvel Could Introduce Fantastic Four Into MCU
5. Reed/Sue As An Assistant To One Of The Scientists
Reed Richards is famously one of the smartest men in the MCU, so even pre superpowers he’s likely involved in something important. Having him be an assistant to one of the current heroes would be a natural way to establish his intelligence while introducing him slowly.
Shuri may be given more responsibility outside of Wakanda, while Bruce Banner and Tony Stark are also candidates to mentor Reed. Depending on who the next major villain is, technological advancement might be brought to the forefront of the MCU instead of brute force and hand to hand combat.
If that’s the case, one way or another surely Reed Richards (and by extension the Fantastic Four) will play a major part in defeating whoever that villain is.
Of course, alongside his intelligence, Reed Richards also comes with a huge dose of arrogance. Perhaps he wouldn’t want to be an assistant, which is why his wife and fellow scientist Sue might be a more logical choice to usher in the Fantastic Four.
Even if Marvel doesn’t go down this route, there’s still another way a non-super member of the Fantastic Four can be brought into the MCU naturally.
