8. Break The Bank To Get Certain Character Rights
Some of the greatest comic book heroes and villains in history are tied up in other movie franchises - and it's a massive shame because several of them have been a part of some of the biggest storylines in comic book history whilst side-by-side with the characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The likes of the X-Men characters (Wolverine in particular), the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, the Silver Surfer, Galactus and Doctor Doom have all played key roles alongside the likes of the Avengers in storylines such as Avengers Vs X-Men, Civil War and Dark Reign (to name a mere few) and the fact that these events can currently never be expected to take place on the big screen is actually quite sad. It's obviously an extremely complicated process to fix this, but surely for the sake of the fans and for the inevitable box office records that would be broken if, for example, Spider-Man was to join the movie Avengers, this has to be a possibility in the future - just strike a damn deal, regardless of the cost and rigmarole!
