Yes, comic book cinematic universes are the greatest thing to happen in the history of comic book movies. Marvel Studios is increasingly refining their technique of balancing several superhero story arcs at once. Though, X-Men Apocalypse should take note of films like Iron Man 2 and more recently The Amazing Spider-Man 2; too much of a good thing ultimately sours it. In other words, don€™t try to cram too much into one movie just for the sake of future movies. With 22 Jump Street star Channing Tatum more than likely going to be portraying the kinetic energy wielding Gambit, he will surely have to make a splash in X-Men Apocalypse to lead into his theoretical solo movie. Understandable, just don€™t go overboard.
