10 Ways You're Ruining Movies For Everyone

6. Watching Trailers And Hunting Down Spoilers

More often than not, avid movie fans have ruined a film for themselves long before they ever set foot inside a cinema. Our constant stream of news, spoilers, telling plot synopses, behind-the-scenes-sneak-peeks and especially trailers have ground out the idea that we could possibly walk into a movie without knowing what€™s going to happen, who€™s going to die and the exact cliffhanger moment the story will end on. The trailers alone are a huge problem. Many of them include all best jokes and jaw-dropping effects which nullify their own existence by making you aware of them. We€™re all just waiting for the €˜trailer moments€™ now, and the result is that while we€™re counting the seconds until the next spaceship crash or anthropomorphic animal wisecrack we€™re actually missing out on all the other good stuff the filmmakers have hopefully stuffed the movie with. But trailers remain as popular as ever because, clearly, we just can€™t help ourselves.
