10 Ways Zack Snyder Can Screw Up Superman Batman

4. Attempting to "Snyder-ise" Batman

Superman One of the trickiest aspects of the film will be in settling on aesthetic that caters to the needs of both superheroes. Christopher Nolan's noir-ish formalism perfectly encapsulates the Caped Crusader, while Snyder's bombastic, CGI-driven style proved surprisingly effective in Man of Steel, but the problem is that combining the two will prove very difficult, and has the potential to give the film an inconsistent, even schizophrenic look. The likelihood is that, given he is directing the film, Snyder's aesthetic will win out, but does anyone really want to see Batman in a mass of CGI imagery? Perhaps it's our own inability to disconnect Batman from Nolan's work on him, but that character requires a far lighter touch than Supes.
