10 Wolverine Stories We Would Love To See In The MCU
7. Nuke

Wolverine may comes across aggressive and confrontational but Marvel fans sympathise with him because he is, at the end of the day, a victim. When Weapon X wiped his memory, he desired more than anything to piece his old life together. Imagine if he learned that, all this time, he was a monster.
Before he had his mind erased, Logan was a mercenary tasked with abducting a child called Frank Simpson for Project: Homegrown. To make sure the Simpsons didn't learn of this military operation, Logan killed them all, including the babysitter Frank was infatuated with. Logan also carved the American flag into Simpson's face because, as previously stated, he was a jerk.
Through Homegrown's experiments, Simpson was turned into a cybernetic supersoldier called Nuke. Although he was designed to fight for the government, Nuke was too unstable and instead, became a terrorist. All he dreams about is hunting down the man who ruined his life and murdering him with his bare hands.
Adapting this storyline would be a neat idea since it depicts Logan in a less sympathetic light. He would have to confront the man he once was and acknowledge all the evil he committed before he became an X-Man.
