10 Worst Animated Movies Of The 2010s

2. Norm Of The North (2016)

Norm Of The North

At least The Emoji Movie can claim it sucked because it was made in about a year. Norm of the North took 6 years and it resulted in something worse if you can believe it.

It’s difficult to describe Norm of the North because it seems to flip-flop all over the place at a moment’s notice. Norm, voiced by Rob Schneider so you can tell what sort of quality we’re going to get from this, is a polar bear that can talk to humans because movie, doesn’t want to be a threat to humans except when they mock him for not being scary, wants to get humans off of the land, who want to sell homes in a place with killer polar bears, so Norm tries to sabotage them by becoming their new mascot.

The film is almost incomprehensible, it repeats scenes constantly to create the illusion of length, characters turn motivation without warning and there are many different cases of other characters appearing and disappearing without explanation, most notably the Lemmings, Gabriel Iglesias’ character, and Norm’s love interest, the latter of the two having no bearing on the story whatsoever.

It’s also painfully unfunny, almost solely relying on crass childish humour from the three lemming characters, making their joke attempts not just miss the mark but also become very uncomfortable with the amount of time they spend urinating in a fish tank.
