10 Worst CGI Moments In MCU History

2. Rescue Aims At Nothing (Avengers: Endgame)

On this list there are examples of CGI somewhat limited by its time, CGI that has been done so much better in other instances across the MCU, and some CGI that there is just no explanation as to why it is so bad. Then, there is the CGI that someone seemingly just forgot to do.

The final battle in Avengers: Endgame brought almost every living hero to the battlefield to fight Thanos and his army of thousands, and it’s fair to say that much of it came down to CGI. For the majority, it was stellar, however there was one moment in particular that has left fans scratching their heads.

For the first time ever, Pepper Potts suited up in the Rescue armour Tony made for her, and the power couple had a wonderful moment fighting off a hored of attackers back to back. However, there was one slight problem in that Pepper wasn’t actually aiming at anything.

Yes, there was rather a lot going on in this battle, but to omit a target in general seems like something that should have been caught relatively early in the production process. Putting anything there would have been better than nothing.

Is there any kind of CGI worse than forgetting to put something there at all? Why yes, yes there is…
