10 Worst Horror Movie One-Liners

2. “If Pazuzu comes for you, I will spit a leopard” - Older Kokumo, The Exorcist 2: The Heretic

Of course, in theory, making a sequel to one of the most beloved and revered horror films in history sounds like a bad idea. And in this case, it also was in practice.

The 1977 sequel to The Exorcist was truly ridiculous. It featured James Earl Jones as Kokumo, a man who was once possessed by the demon Pazuzu from the original movie and has since developed mystical powers that enable him to fight off the nefarious spirit.

The movie reaches its most silly when Kokumo delivers the line “If Pazuzu comes for you, I will spit a leopard” without even the slightest hint of irony. It is a wholly bizarre sentence, made even more so by the fact that it is delivered in the middle of a particularly serious, intense scene.

So yeah. You can skip this satanic sequel. Do, however, check out The Exorcist 3, which is a pleasantly surprising hidden gem of a horror movie.
