From one American Bond girl to another, Tanya Roberts is regarded by many as the worst of 007's many female companions. She admittedly didn't receive much help from a hair-brained plot and unmotivated Moore, but must sadly carry most of the blame for her performance as the mind-numbingly dull Stacey Sutton. Cast as the environmentally-conscious granddaughter of a successful oil tycoon (figure that one out), Roberts was completely out of her depth portraying even the relatively simple role of one of the ditziest Bond girls ever. She and Moore enjoyed a complete lack of chemistry, something the leading actor attributed to their age difference, confessing he was horrified to find out he was older than his co-star's mother. Roberts' performance was so poor, it even earned her a Razzle nomination for Worst Actress (her second in two years).
