Cheating a bit here as it's not exactly a line as such, but it comes from a character's mouth so it's fair game. After uttering one of the most memorable and oft quoted lines ("game over man, game over!") earlier on in James Cameron's excellent Alien sequel, Bill Paxton's Private Hudson has to go and ruin it by shuffling off this mortal coil in cringeworthy fashion. For the duration of the film Hudson is, if not a coward exactly, definitely a bit of a whiner - but when the secreted resin hits the fan and the Xenomorph come a callin', the Colonial Marine becomes born-again hard and begins blasting them to pieces. Unfortunately the numbers game is too much for him and eventually he's grabbed from below, and that's when we hear it! It's hard to know where the fault lies with this one. It sounds like it could have been a case of them not picking up the... err, noise while originally shooting the scene and having to add it in post. Of course Paxon's naturally surfer dude sounding voice doesn't help matters either. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHg6S4AYlb4
