Singling out one bad line in a Star Wars prequel is like shooting Gungans in a barrel, but this stands out because the build-up to it is actually handled pretty well. It's unlikely any sane individual would describe Revenge Of The Sith as a "brilliant movie", but it's easily the best of the trilogy, and for the most part Anakin's (Hayden Christiansen) corruption and ultimate transformation into Darth Vader makes for compelling viewing. After an intense final battle with his former friend and mentor Obi Wan (Ewan McGregor), Anakin is left almost limbless and burning on the bank of a lava river (yeah yeah... it's Star Wars), and the final exchange between the characters comes pretty close to evoking some genuine emotion. Then, Palpatine finds his apprentice and sets about crafting the unmistakable, iconic visage of Darth Vader. This is it... the moment we've been waiting for! Never mind all the rubbish that went before, if Lucas nails this all is forgiven! Wait... why is he.... what's with the Frankenstein walk? He's gonna... he won't, surely he can't... "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Ugh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWaLxFIVX1s
