5. Cruella's Hand Keeps Moving - Cruella

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It
Disney

Legendary Disney villain Cruella de Vil is renowned for her over-the-top brash and vain behaviour. But in the beginning of her live-action prequel, Cruella, she is portrayed at first as a timid girl called Estella trying to make it in the fashion industry.

Realising that she is too gentle to compete with her rivals, she decides to remake herself as the snarky, defiant Cruella we all know and love. To ensure her new persona leaves a lasting impact, she presents herself as Cruella for the first time after crashing the party of her biggest adversary, the Baroness. This is the most important moment in the story, not just because it's the first time Estella fully embraces her alter-ego but because it affirms the rivalry between the two characters.

Unfortunately, the moment is filled to the brim with continuity errors. Emma Stone's hand sporadically changes position in most shots to the point where it's distracting. One moment, her arm is by her head, another moment, it's as far away from her body as possible. In one shot, she's perfectly still, a second later, she's gesturing towards the Baroness.
