6. Sub-Zero's Not So Bloody Nose - Mortal Kombat

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It
Warner Bros

Mortal Kombat begins with the ninja cryomancer, Sub-Zero, killing all of Hanzo Hasoshi's family before slaying him in battle. In the final scene, Hanzo is resurrected as a wraith called Scorpion and challenges Sub-Zero to a rematch so he can avenge his family.

As Scorpion gets the upper hand, Sub-Zero's becomes mask gets damaged, forcing him to take it off. As he pulls off his headgear, we can see blood oozing from his nose and onto his lip.

But in the next shot, his nose is perfectly fine and he only has a small smudge of blood on his mouth. There's a couple of blood inconsistencies throughout the film but this moment stands out since it's such a distinctive shot watching the blood dangling from Sub-Zero's nose.

Even though there are more flagrant errors in some of the battle sequences, you give them a pass since it's difficult to maintain continuity in a choreographed fight scene. The same cannot be said about this flub since it could have easily been fixed. The camera also lingers on Sub-Zero's face for so long, it's almost impossible to miss this gaffe.
