1. Carter Burke

When Ellen Ripley made it back to Earth, she was greeted by Carter Burke, who worked for the company. He worked as the Special Projects Director for the Weyland-Yutani Space Corps' Special Services Division, which is to say, he had a great deal of interest in acquiring a Xenomorph.

Granted, that wasn't immediately clear to Ripley, who reluctantly agreed to return to LV-426, now called "Hadley's Hope," after he informed her of the colony that had gone dark there. She went along with a host of Marines and Burke, but when they found the colony overrun by Xenomorphs, his true motives became apparent.

Burke had been the one to greenlight the establishment of the colony on the moon so that he might recover a Xenomorph. When that plan failed, he used Ripley to his advantage and personally went to the moon to try and ensure he got what he wanted.

He finally fessed up to his treachery, and the Marines placed him under guard. He was responsible for the deaths of the Marines who were killed, all of the colonists, and ultimately himself. When the Xenomorphs swarmed their position, he fled and locked the door, trapping the others, while at the same time, trapping himself with a Xenomorph.
