10 Worst Uwe Boll Movies Ever

4. House of the Dead

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1ZJ6yZwdRg I recently purchased House of the Dead 3 & 4 for the PS3 and had a very enjoyable few hours that brought back many childhood memories of various arcades. Whilst being a very fun video game series, House of the Dead isn't known for having a good story. In fact whilst playing the game, there were many moments where I'd cringe at the terrible voice acting and sudden plot twists. It came to me as a surprise that someone had decided to make a film based on the video game, however as soon as I saw Uwe Boll's name I understood exactly what was going to happen. House of the Dead follows a bunch of students who travel to an island for a party only to find is a deserted. As they start searching around for people they are attacked by zombies and are slowly whittled down. That's pretty much the story for the 90 minute abomination that is House of the Dead. Even by normal zombie film standards it's terrible and the actors hardly make the film any better. What makes the film terrible isn't just the fact Uwe Boll was involved and that it had an awful plot, but that the actors didn't seem to care at all whilst "acting." When the zombies attack throughout the film, the actors run around as if they're a bunch of children who've drained the 1 litre mouthwash bottle in their parents toilet rather than a bunch of terrified teenagers running for their lives. How the film managed to make money is beyond, IGN also seemed to have rated the film highly but when have they ever given anything a negative review? Oh, and Clint Howard appears in this film as well, as he does in every single terrible film out there.
