10 Writers Who Should Tackle The Justice League Movie (Other Than David S. Goyer)

Not exactly household names, but give them a couple years. They got their start as writing staff on Disney movies such as Dinosaur and Monsters Inc. Given the span of a few years though, they're the team behind Zombieland, G.I. Joe Retaliation, and are currently attached to Deadpool, and Venom. What this team seems to specialize in is straight up entertainment. They know how to bring in the action, while keeping the atmosphere light. One needs only look at Zombieland to see how that plays out. It's hard to picture a zombie apocalypse as a fun time, but together with director Ruben Fleischer, that's exactly what they turned it into.

The two really have a handle on the fine balance between sci-fi action sequences and good comedy, traits that likely carried over from their days with Disney. The two have also shown their aptitude at handling a large set of characters. I would like to assume that if Marvel has their eye on these two, DC might want to think about it themselves.

I'm a fan of pop-culture in all mediums: Music, Film, Gaming, Comics, TV, Whatever. I can generally find something enjoyable in even the worst trash. I guess as a B-Horror enthusiast, I kind of have to. Currently I'm an author working on a manuscript for a crime novel, and attending school to be an Environmental Health and Safety Technician. In the past I've made a go at running in an election for MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) for my hometown of Glace Bay. I was 23 at the time, and though I lost (by like a lot), I learned a lot more about politics in a month than I ever learned. Get at me on Twitter @DanWilsonWC
