6. Gary Busey Designed A "Sex Toy" And Made A How-To Video About It

Creepiness Factor: 6/10 Gary Busey is an actor renowned for his perceived mental issues, a semi-iconic villainous role in Lethal Weapon and for starring in Point Break with Keanu Reeves. And that's about it. Busey has been freaking people out for years now, pretty much saying whatever crap comes into his brain, no matter how inane, trite or downright dumb. The man has no filter. He's a wacko in the truest sense; a Hollywood reject who has clearly lost his mind. Context, then: Busey used to run a YouTube channel called "The Busey Channel," in which the actor would say the sorts of things that only Gary Busey would say. Unfortunately, all of the content has since been removed, but there were some real gems. The creepiest gem, however, came courtesy of an episode titled "inner tubes," in which the actor went into detail about how one might use said inner tubes as a makeshift sex toy. It didn't stop there: Busey went on to demonstrate how, exactly, to use an inner tube as a sex toy, which is probably the least essential thing to have ever happened, like, ever.
