7. The Modern Extra - Raiders Of The Lost Ark

Considering how impressively LucasFilm put together the period settings for the Indiana Jones movies, it's strange to note just how casually it's all shattered in Raiders Of The Lost Ark by a background extra who clearly just did whatever the hell he wanted.

With all of the Cairo marketplace extras dressed in period-appropriate outfits (including the monkey), in the sequence just after Marion is supposedly killed in the truck explosion, the camera catches an extra over Indy's shoulder wearing a modern t-shirt and jeans combination.

Presumably the set security wasn't quite as tight as the studio thought.
