11 Deaths In Kids' Movies That Made You Want To Cry Like A Little Girl

5. Many Autobots - Transformers: The Movie

If you've ever seen the Michael Bay Transformers films, chances are you wouldn€™t think of Transformers as a franchise that€™s ever had an emotional range outside of, €œDude! Explosion! Cool!€ However the 1986 Transformers animated movie is a world apart. The film acted as a bridge between series 2 and 3 of the Transformers animated series. A bridge that killed off all of your favourite characters and introduced new ones to try and make you (your parents) buy new toys. Now, when you€™re little, two series' is a very long time, potentially the whole of your conscious lifetime. So when there€™s a big battle between the good guys whom you have loved for the whole of your conscious lifetime, you don€™t entirely expect them all to die do you? Especially not leader of the pack, head honcho Optimus Prime. But they do. Quite brutally. An inordinate amount of Autobots were killed in the 1986 Transformers. It was carnage, and left its' fans in a desolate world of what was essentially post-war grief. Screw you Hasbro. Screw you.

Fan of Taylor Swift and the Dead Kennedys (a duet I can only dream of). I like dystopias, slasher films, and video games that make me feel things.
