5. Nemesis (Resident Evil: Apocalypse)
This absolutely monstrous fiend was the result of the Umbrella Corporation's Nemesis program. Brandishing a rocket launcher and a forearm-mounted rail gun, Nemesis is former Raccoon City police officer Matt Addison, transformed by the T-Virus in to a fierce killing machine. Controlled by Umbrella's computers, he is as accurate with his shooting as he is a frightening sight and, in terms of his physical attributes, is every inch the brick. He is completely invulnerable to conventional gunfire - shrugging off the bullets of twelve STARS operatives at the same time - and was able to take the punches and kicks of Alice without flinching. He was also strong enough to treat peak-conditioned humans like rag dolls. After rediscovering a modicum of his humanity and helping Alice in her fight against Umbrella's forces, he was finally killed protecting her from a massive explosion caused by a destroyed helicopter. You do not want to become a target of his because, like the time he took down twelve STARS operatives in a shower of bullets, leaving one civilian in the middle of it completely unharmed, he has proven to be a deadly-accurate assailant.
