6. David's Chin Magically Repairs Itself - Alien: Covenant

At the end of Alien: Covenant, benevolent android Walter (Michael Fassbender) returns to the Covenant, having seemingly defeated his evil "brother" David (Fassbender).
However, in a twist just about everyone saw coming, it's subsequently revealed that David in fact got the better of Walter, assumed his identity and made it on-board the Covenant to continue his sinister experiments.
This is all well and good, except that even if you ignore the fact that the ship's A.I. should probably be able to distinguish between David and Walter - being different models of android and all - there's the issue that Walter rammed a nail through David's chin, which there's not a single physical indication of in those final moments.
Some have tried to argue that David performed a nifty puncture-repair operation or something, but there's not even a hint of a nick or a scar, which suggests it was really just laziness on Ridley Scott's part.
