11 Insane Upcoming Movies You Won't Believe Are Real

4. A 30-Day Movie That Will Be Screened Once & Destroyed (Ambiancé)

Ambiancé is without question one of the most insane film projects ever attempted. Swedish filmmaker Anders Weberg is reportedly planning to make the experimental drama 720 hours - or 30 days - long, and will stream it globally from December 31, 2020.

The kicker? Once the film has been fully screened once, he will destroy the only copy in order to make it "the longest film made that doesn’t exist."

Weberg is apparently making his film as a response to cinema's general obsession with remakes, and by 2016, he had already amassed an insane 400 hours of footage. The director has released two trailers for Ambiancé - running 72 minutes and 7 hours, 20 minutes respectively - and a mind-boggling 72-hour trailer is reportedly due later this year.

You can question Weberg's motives all you like, but it's hard not to admire the man's dedication to crafting one of the most bafflingly momentous cinematic curios of all time.
