11 Massive Movie Predictions For The Rest Of 2017

4. Geostorm Is The Year's Worst-Reviewed Blockbuster

Though it's going to take some serious doing to score worse reviews than, say, Transformers: The Last Knight (15%), The Mummy (15%), Underworld: Blood Wars (18%) and Baywatch (19%), the Gerard Butler-starring disaster-porn flick Geostorm just might do it.

The trailers make it look like nothing more than a lame attempt to copy the usual Roland Emmerich "total f***ing destruction" formula, and worst of all, it seems to be taking its plot, revolving around climate-controlling satellites gone wrong, 100% seriously.

If this scores more than 15% on the Tomatometer, it'll be a major surprise, especially considering the extensive reshoots the project has undergone over the years after poor test screening reactions. Hell, it started shooting back in October 2014, which can't be a good sign.
