11 Movie Spoilers We Didn’t Know Last Week (April 18th)
1. Captain Marvel Won't Appear In Avengers: Infinity War Part 1
With the upcoming Infinity War saga set to feature close to 70 characters, we're left wondering exactly who will show up, and how many new characters might be thrown into the mix.
One such question mark hovers over Captain Marvel, whose solo movie doesn't land until March 8, 2019, in-between the two Infinity War films.
In an interview this past week, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked about whether we can expect to see Carol Danvers show up before her standalone appearance, and Feige simply responded with, "We're holding onto [her]."
While this isn't confirmation that she will in any way appear in Infinity War Part 2, that seems most likely. Otherwise, what is the point in introducing Captain Marvel between the two films if she's not going to show up to help take on Thanos when she's needed the most?
