5. Villa Del Balbianello (Italy)
Episodes I, II and III were heavily reliant on CGI for their backdrops but there are a few exceptions.

Built in the 18th century the Villa Del Balbianello was formerly a monastery but after falling into disrepair in 1988 it was left to the National Trust of Italy.
Since then it's been restored and is available for tours and visits, either by foot or by boat.
A few years ago a lovely couple from Norway (who clearly didn't fancy a trek to the Hardangerjøkulen glacier) managed to hire it out for their own Star Wars-themed wedding.
