Earl the Squirrel has become a mascot of the Holiday celebrations at Universal Orlando Resort over recent years. From having his face on t-shirts and blankets, Earl and his hat are everywhere.

Yet even before he was the face of Universal Holidays Earl was always there, you just had to spot him. Each year, Universal Orlando Resort place a ginormous Christmas tree in the New York area of the park. The tree is covered in baubles, tinsel and is lit up each evening by Santa Claus during the parade. Yet the tree is features one other thing.

Each year, Earl the Squirrel is hidden inside the tree. He pops out every now and then to take a look at what's going on. You can spot Earl if you look carefully. He doesn't always appear in the same place each year.
