5. Kelsey Grammer

Considering how well-loved Frasier was (and Cheers before it), it's stunning just how poorly Kelsey Grammer has done since the show's end in 2005. He has seen TV shows The Sketch Show, Back To You, Hank, Boss, Partners and The Last Tycoon all cancelled (most after or during a single season).

He's done some film work, including cameos and supporting roles in Transformers, Expendables and X-Men movies, but he's most notable now for his voice role as Sideshow Bob on The Simpsons and as a producer, which is a travesty.

Hopefully, his discussions over a reboot/revival of Frasier will see him given the opportunity he deserves to rise again - provided he can be convinced to do it. Let's hope he sees the life that remains in the character that fans do.
