11. Naomi Watts (The Book Of Henry)

No, we didn't mix our images up: this is a still from the third act of Colin Trevorrow's Oscar-hyped indie drama The Book of Henry, which takes a peculiar turn when Naomi Watts' character decides to assassinate a suspected child molester with a sniper rifle at the behest of her dead son. Seriously.

Though Naomi Watts has appeared in a lot of bad movies over the years, she competently sleepwalked her way through last year's Shut In, and even the atrocious Movie 43 had Watts weirdly committed to its bizarre style of "comedy". She's rarely outright awful.

The Book of Henry, however, finds the Oscar-winning actress fatally misjudging her performance, in large part due to the tonal inconsistency of Trevorrow's script and direction. After all, it must be hard to know how to approach a character who plans to carry out the dying wish of her dead kid...by murdering someone.

Watts' various paycheck parts will be easily forgotten, but this film's status as a so-bad-it's-good classic will ensure her Razzie-worthy work will be remembered for years to come.
